@@JustinSng4can I also ask if you continue taking Diamox during the hike? was told to take it for 2 days before and 2 days during the hike too but worried of any side effects as this is my first time taking it

@@Edwin-rg2iw I only took it 1 day prior to my hike and my last pill was on the morning of summit hike (at around 1am). After I summitted and went back down to basecamp I never took anymore diamox at all! So quite similar instructions to yours because we summitted on Day 2 so yes I also did take Diamox for 2 days during the hike. No side effects for me or my friends thankfully!

Is there a reason why you go to bali first instead of flying direct?

Sorry for the late reply! When we checked ticket prices at that point, it was significantly more expensive to fly direct to Lombok. But yeah if I could rewind time I’d book direct to Lombok 😂 Traveling by taxi & ferry took up an entire day & we were so tired purely from traveling.

For hiking poles, isit allowed on the flight?
