Mount Success and DC-3 Plane Crash Site, Berlin New Hampshire Hike

This historical hike was a sad and surreal experience, as it was the first time I had ever seen such a scene. The site of the 1954 DC-3 plane crash takes a little work to find, but is definitely an adventure I recommend. One that will bring you to a scene frozen in time, laid up on the side of a mountain in New Hampshire.. brought me chillls and goose bumps as we walked around the wreckage, imagining the terror in the hearts of those involved.

Created this content with old footage that isn’t the best to work with but thought it shouldn’t be forgotten in the depths of the hard drive.. so i threw this together albeit poor footage quality, the best i could with what i had.

Oh wow! 1954. I read the description too. So much there. That's the most I've ever seen. Very moving. Thank you for sharing this. I've been to a few here in Wales. Lots left here too but more smashed up and flat. I can't believe this one. Thank you for sharing. You could grow your channel. People in the uk will love this.

Part of me thinks that's nuts that they just left the site there, and I would have imagined it would have been more destroyed or looted over the years (e.g. people taking back souvenirs). It's really cool that it's there as something people can find, and I'm sorry for what that pilot and those passengers endured.
