Scenery is beautiful. That biplane (not sure of the name) scares me - my cousin was killed in one of those when it crashed in the field back of his house, and his wife and daughters were watching. I love watching these programs.

What a cool airplane! And what an amazing story about the rain vs the chariots! Just reading the story in Judges, I wouldn’t have understood most of what you described, about them waiting up on the mountain for the enemies in the chariots to come on up the mountainside. And I definitely wouldn’t have realized it was saying that God sent rain to give the Israelites the advantage as an infantry. I guess you just have to read all that into the Praise Song of Deborah and Barak. There’s a vague mention in that song that the clouds dropped water when God marched from Sinai.

Man's best-laid plans, man's technology and science are like little trinkets one would give to amuse a child. Of NO consequence are the might of nations their armies and their generals, their "wise" men feeble as newborns fall around in the dark when compared to the Power and the Glory of the Creator God. Isaiah 40:25 “To whom then will you liken Me, Or to whom shall I be equal?”. To You, (God) there is no equal, non can stand in Your presence and be measured against You, To You Lord belongs all the Power and the Glory in Heaven and on Earth forever and ever.
