What exactly does old mean? I'm thinking of getting into mountain biking bc walking hurts me too much lol. So trying to see if I can still start.

I’m 55 yrs old. If you have pain like a 64 yr old riding buddy of mine you might want to demo an e-bike before buying anything. That’s what he rides as it helps him lessen pain and he gets his workout.
