It has been on the colder side the past few days here in Minnesota, but Earth Day brought us our warmest day of the year so far! We celebrated by taking our bikes to some nearby trails + grilling out by the beach!

Hey guys, make sure to check your saddle height. You can cause unnecessary leg burn with a seat that is too low and not get the most out of your ride. Here is a video that explains a quick seat adjustment: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bKDYlGydgNCcbJI I know it seems counter intuitive but bikes are not motorcycles and it is a common tendency to adjust the seat too low so you can touch while seated.
