CURRY RECIPE Fry following items in a pan w/ sesame oil: Sliced Chicken or Pork (optional) Broccoli Sliced orange pepper Sliced red onion Minced garlic Then add 1 jar of red or green curry paste. Stir and cook for a bit to coat everything. (We use Thai Kitchen brand curry paste) Then add 1-2 cups of chicken/vegetable stock and let it come to a boil. Once it’s boiling add 1 can of coconut milk, chopped green onion and a handful of chopped basil. Lastly serve over jasmine rice topped with cilantro and lime.
