Hi rawepics, love your videos, it’s been good watching them whilst locked in during the CB. I think the trail at 12:41 is called bt panjang trail? And it’s now labelled one way. So instead of a big uphill, it’s down a narrow down hill. Quite underused when I discovered it by accident.

Wow man love your videos so much, didn't know sg has many mountain biking trails. Just a quick question here, how much money do i need to spend for a decent bike and gears to get started on mountain biking. TIA

iyd sdq hey there! You could start with not a lot of money at all, if your budget is tight! Borrowing a bike (which is the correct size for your height, and of a manageable geometry for a beginner rider) is your main concern, right next to buying a decent helmet (which should cost between $50-150). Next you might wanna spend on extra protective gear such as full-finger gloves ($40-50), a pair of padded shorts ($40-50), and when you’re really ready, a pair of MTB-specific flat pedal shoes ($100-180). I can’t recommend specific brands but there are many, many out there!

Isaiah jerome yes Chestnut South is generally thought to be easier as it is a simple loop and with less steep gradients & tech features
