This was my first time here @ Fort Harrison State Park.
I rode Lawrence Creek trail & Schoen Creek Trail.

Looks awesome. Perfect, since I haven't ridden trails in a decade. Can't wait to get out there soon. Is this trail too much abuse for a rigid fork bike? I've managed fine at Town Run.

Tim Borek No,,,, if you rode Town Run without any issues. You'll do fine here. It is a nice trail system indeed. Wanna go back someday. But,, I live about 1-1/2 hours south of there. Also loved Town Run. It was very interesting to say the least. Glad to hear you're back in the saddle again. Have fun !! :)

Yes, FT Ben is a super easy trail, Town Run is even easier b/c it's mostly flat and very fast. I moved away last Autumn (2015) and still miss both those trails.
