Love the quality and format of your vids! Cutting to the helmet cam on some of those steep sections is a nice touch and it does the trail some more justice than the chesty. Keep up the videos, I look forward to them!!

Where can I access the top of this trail :) Great content btw
@ThisIsGoingDownhill2 жыл бұрын
The closest trail on Trailforks is called Sidewinder. If you climb that trail it will get you near the top of this one. It’s near the MtWork Municipal Hiking trail that leads to the Summit. This trail takes a new route at the bottom since this video went up.

@@ThisIsGoingDownhill Thank you so much for the information! I'm sorry to peg you with questions but I just have to ask you how I can access grinder? That trail looks amazing
@ThisIsGoingDownhill2 жыл бұрын
@@xpectundead6147 Grinder runs off of Huge Ribbon. I made a video a long time ago called “A Great Route @ Hartland Bike Park”. That video shows you how to access Grinder. You need to pay close attention though. The information is provided using hints. It’s not good etiquette to put directions to a non official trail on a video. Besides, half the fun is finding a trail.

Welcome back Kevin! Been waiting for your vidz entire winter! I guess bears, really, hibernate. haah! On serious note, I've watch your previous videos with Namazteezy and I just realized with this video how steep this decent is. I was holding my breath the entire time. I was so excited to find this trail when i was just starting my mtb life coz it looks flowy.. *Face palm* lol Glad I didn't.. maybe in another year or two! Great vid as always!

Bren Bascos I have been letting a knee injury heal a bit so that it doesn’t become problematic. I have been pretty keen on making a video for the last few weeks and finally got out to do so but I was pretty rusty and not feeling confident enough to conquer the drop that I wanted to do. I told myself that I wouldn’t post the video unless I did the drop. Luckily while accessing it I realized how stupid doing a stunt for social media purposes when it didn’t quite feel right was. Gotta keep it fun!

@@ThisIsGoingDownhill Very true! None of us is paying you to entertain us. You don't owe us anything. Be very careful out there esp when riding all by yourself! We appreciate your video so much! Gives us joy and happiness. Last thing we want to hear is an injury. Just ride out there with the number one goal is to have fun! The rest comes 2nd. Cheers!

Daryl MacLeod Not that satisfying due to the point that I went with the sole intention of hitting that little drop and completely jammed up. It has a tough entrance in my opinion.

Im going to Heartland for my first time next Tuesday. What are the "must do" trails out there? I got Torpedo Run on my list so far. What else is there for high speeds, jumps and drops? Thanks!!!
@ThisIsGoingDownhill4 жыл бұрын
Lando L I have another video called Dump Classics Redux. That covers the “go to “ gravity trails at Hartland. It is ridden in a loop that could include Torpedo Run (it’s right beside Snakes and Ladders) with minimal extra effort. I would also recommend Sofa King on the other end of the Dump. Good luck!
