Yeah, super easy. I just parked on Devaul Ranch Dr. Start on Mariposa lower. Looking at the map there are currently some trail closures at the moment.

I have a really nice Bell and I simply ring it when I need to which is when I can't see around the corner and in areas where I might surprise someone. Bells that are constantly rattling all the time are simply annoying as all hell.
