The best poutine I have ever had was in Montebello, QC at Restaurant le Bistro Montebello. It had some smoked meat and garlic sausage on it, served with a side of coleslaw. It started strong, but as the sauce started to mix with the dressing it absolutely blew my mind. So good! Never had anything close. Also, they're trying to build their MTB network in the area. I was only able to sample a small bit of it. The area is beautiful. A lot of the trails a shared snowmobile trails, so a lot of CC riding. We demo'd a short gravel path jump line which was fun. Didn't get to sample any tech though.

Thanks for trying some of our best poutine. Important to note that a fresh cheese curd doesn't melt and is NOISY when you chew. The province is filled with awesome local hill that shine on their own. Sucks that it rained while you were here. The kind of dirt we have makes it so the bike park closes when it rain. The only one that stays open is Bromont I think because its more Rocky.

Found your video through an online article. As a French Canadian from Western Québec, I'm no stranger to poutine. We have some really good ones here in Gatineau. Bob Patates, La Poutinerie Hulloise, La Belle et la Boeuf. But, I was getting a stomach ache at the end of the video because that much poutine in such a short amount has to be hard on the old colon. I really hope Ex-Lax sponsored part of the trip.
