Our Nano has been with us since Day 1. It’s been 2 years now and it never failed us.
The stroller is always in our travels. It has been in most Asian countries, has strolled in the Middle East and been in places in North America. Trust and money worthy Stroller for sure!

Hi. Have you ever had any problem with the rear wheels falling off the stroller? I have used the stroller for 1.5 years, absolutely love it, except for the fact that the rear wheels keep coming off. Am currently using the 5th set of rear wheels already.

winnie gemini Hi Winnie Gemini! Oh no 5th :( I’m sorry to hear that. It happened once, the left back wheel came off once when we where strolling in the cobbled street of Seattle Market. But we had used the Nano 3months nonstop overseas in all types of terrains ;) prior to the incident. Only that time and it never happen again. I contacted the MB Customer Service and ask about it, they told me to replace the spring/hinges of the wheels. They sent me the parts and 3yrs after it’s still such a help. I hope yours will be fixed soon.

@@beingm1691 i contacted them and they sent me a new set of wheels with new mechanism, but they still fell off. May I know if you have more info on the spring or hinges that they sent you? Was it easy to fix on your own?

winnie gemini - Hi. Sorry for the late reply. Yes it fixed the problem and it was an easy fix. I am away for a holiday but when I get home I’ll send you the picture I have saved in my laptop so you’ll see what I mean with spring and hinges.

Did you use this as your primary stroller? Or do you have a full-size too? Also, in terms of lifestyle, are you in the suburbs, city? Trying to figure out if this can be my one stroller and workable for living in the burbs where there is a lot of hauling in and out of the car, but walks on (sometimes bumpy) sidewalk. Thanks!!

nic326 Hi nic326. I use this as our primary stroller. I had a Mountain Buggy Urban only for when it’s snowing hard here in Edmonton,Canada. But most of the time out and about in the city (errands, mall, strolling in the neighbourhood etc) and travel we just use our Nano. I even use it like an all terrain stroller 😜. My son never complained on the smoothness even rough surfaces. I only started to use other travel stroller just this year, but for the good part of almost 3yrs just Nano all the way. I didn’t regret not getting a full stroller since Nano does everything and more for us. I choose this stroller for its compact fold, lightness and for it’s awesome feature of built in adapters. It was a saver since I didn’t have to buy extra adapter. Plus the accessories (Rain and Sun Cover) is bundled and cheaper compare to other brands. I am currently using our Nano, with the Freerider even though I don’t have a second child yet. It’s very convenient for parents like us who has an energetic toddler, now he has an option of sitting and standing without that bulky and heavy feeling of a full stroller. I also just upgraded the canopy for a “new” look only 😊. Hope our experience with Nano helps you narrow down what stroller to buy.

Hi! How do you remove the back wheel tho?

Eddelline Abragan Hi Eddelline- you’ll need to locate the steel sort of attachment in the back part l,where the wheels are attached to the stroller. It’s almost like a silver looking metal, that is perched out. Almost just like a line... and you have to push it down, once done the wheels pops out. I’m not sure if this made sense to you but if you need picture of it I can send it to your email. Let me know :)
