I just wish they would bring white out back it was promised as a permanent flavor after it won the DEWcision election and now its gone. They should have a contest to see if anyone can name all 50 flavors in Liberty Chill! After all Dr Pepper only has 23!

I hope they come out with zero sugar versions as well with me being diabetic and I don't drink sodas also because the acid hurts my teeth so I don't want to buy the regular versions when they'll end up going flat. I still have the Sprite Chill bottles in the fridge from like 3 weeks ago and they're only 20oz bottles.

my favorite mountain dew is still the trash apple! we had in here in Chicago at food for less (our equivalent to Kroger) 2 years ago but we never got it back since. I hope we get it before summer ends.

Thrashed Apple has been discontinued in favor of Purple Thunder expanding from a Circle K exclusive to a Kroger exclusive as well. I loved Thrashed Apple and was disappointed when the Pepsi vendor told me it was going away. I would have bought a couple more cases.

I'm really glad you guys were able to find it and also being able to find it in the 20 oz bottles! Committing to 20 oz to unknown flavors is a lot better than committing to 144 oz!! Our local Bottler says we will not be getting any of these until the 17th. Don't know why we're a week behind everybody but I'm looking forward to trying these although I'd be lying if I said based on your reviews that I wasn't a little bit afraid of the freedom fusion! I am going to try your trick and see if I can get all four bottles at Speedway before going to Kroger because we have to go to Speedway anyway to get the swirl flavor since it is an exclusive. I'm pretty confident I will like the other three flavors but why not just try the 20 oz first just in case!

They have 4 releases for the summer season?. Mountain Dew you're gonna kill me trying to find the bottles and boxes for each of these flavors! I'll say this though, whether they release one limited edition drink during a certain period, or multiple types of them, they'll still have the same chance of tasting either great or sorta funky and weird.

I was born in 68 so I am not far off from you - I did not drink soda at all until my mid-to-late teens. However, the only commercials I saw for soda were Coke, Pepsi, RC, Tab, and Dr. Pepper (my fave and my fave because I loved David Naughton singing that he wanted to be a Pepper too!). I can't say I ever heard of flavors until not all that long ago. I wish I could drink these but unless they are diet, I cannot try. The weird combinations are throwing me off!

I miss trial sized packages of things… like cereal… I loved when you could buy a single serving gif like 50 cents to try it… often they’d even give you a coupon inside so you essentially get your money back if you buy a full sized box… but if you hate it, you’re only losing 50 cents…

It's good you did the Liberty Chill as it was reformulated Liberty Brew. The Liberty Brew tore my stomach up, so I'm skipping getting the Chill. I really want to try the Freedom Fusion, as I like Peach a lot. I wish they would bring the KFC exclusive Sweet Lightning out in stores. I'll try all except the Liberty Chill but since they aren't zero sugar, it will be one and done. They never did all these flavors in the early 70s thru early 80s. I'd have drank them in high school. It's basically since the advent of social media they kept doing all these flavors, say 1998 thru the present. Just like Oreo. We never had all those flavors of Oreo growing up.

The Scott Key Bridge in Maryland which collapsed was named after the person who wrote the Star Spangled Banner. STAR SPANGLED SPLASH flavor was created before the attack on the bridge occurred. Are you awake yet???

I dont understand the change from Liberty Brew to Liberty Chill. Liberty Brew was already a perfect name and it was more fitting with the flavor profile and tagline.

I believe at many 7 Eleven (and maybe also some Speedway stores not sure though) the 20oz drinks have a promo where they are 2 for $4 so they would then be $2 each if you take advantage of that at a participating store.

That’s so silly to have drinks which should be refrigerated in a display at a gas station. It’s supposed to be a grab and go store! These all sound appealing, but after the review I’d give them all a miss. Mtn Dew is one of my favourite but hardly ever have it as I think it’s banned in EU due to colourants. We’re married and have 2 children! 😂😂 It always cracks me up when people say something! They need to make a Zero Sugar in each of these. I love Mtn Dew so having the underlying taste wouldn’t bother me. The Liberty Chill is my pick out of the 4. We just need Zero Sugar! Great review

1) is it just me, or does it piss anyone else off that 9 times out of ten they don’t release new flavors in Zero? Don’t they think people who like Zero don’t want to try new flavors? 2) Mio and Crystal Light both make a drink enhancer (mini squirt bottle) that is pineapple strawberry. I mix a squirt of it with a can of Walmart clear American sweetened black cherry water, and it is shear heaven for zero calories. 3) didn’t know if you heard, but my favorite soda, Dr Pepper, just passed Pepsi to become the number two soft drink in America! I never thought I would live to see the day! I feel vindicated as I’m not a fan of Coke or Pepsi. And Zero Dr Pepper and Zero Cherry Dr. Pepper (both when super cold) tastes just like regular Dr Pepper. Are you old enough to remember the David Naughten ‘Be a Pepper’ TV commercials of the early 80s? They were so catchy! (You can find them on KZbin)

Thanks I appreciate your review f these Mt Dews but I’ll pass. I’m happy for all the Mt Dew fans as they’ll be happy except for one with these flavors. Hope you have a sunny and bright day.
