This is a beautiful space. I’m very inspired by the Coreopsis ocean. It makes a lovely tall meadow. I am a professional fine gardener and I anticipate the days when I can fully focus on my own space. Congratulations to this man on the payoff of his hard work, enjoy!

This is really helpful to see- I’m also in North Carolina and our septic field takes up much of our backyard. From what I’ve read so far only very shallow rooted plants can work over a septic field, and no trees. How are you using conifers without jeopardizing the leach lines?

I imagine he placed the conifers around the outside of the leach field and the shallow rooted plants and grasses over it. I'm also very inspired by this! Have been trying to figure out what to do over my own leach field
