Nice vid! If i may, I'd like to recommend bonking/bleeding them immediately when harvesting fish. Ive accidentally done a taste test where one fish was immediately dispatched, and the other was kept alive until i got home to prep them. The fish that was taken out and bled promptly tasted SO much better than the other one, even tho it was technically "fresher". I believe it's because it realeased stress hormones and also there was more blood left within the meat -making it taste quite gamey. Try it out 🙂

Love the family videos. Could you make a video going over how you plan your camping trips? I have never been to Colorado and have no idea where to start. Do you just google a camping spot, do you have to reserve a spot? Best time of the year to go weather wise? Fishing lures to bring? Activities for families? Things of that nature.

Hey Bro this Sockeye Steveo Sweetwater Colorado, Kokanee are sockeye Salmon, thats why they eat soooo good. They filter zooplanton thru the gills. That is why they can be hard to catch before the spawn, Anyway have caught them on every bait night crawlers meal worms, But spinners at times work the best. Thru the ice we use jigs with meal worms, I have a dutch oven and Iam gonna briake it out. We fished Lake Fork in June and we are headed back next month' will target Largemouth Bass what should I throw first week of November, See Ya Sockeye steveo
