Next time you go trout fishing try using Thomas cyclone 1/6oz blue and nickel spoon! I've absolutely slayed trout at any mountain lake with that lure!

I'll be glad to be able to fish again..in Jan of this year I had a brain tumor removed the size of a baseball..now I have to go in for surgery again because it grew back..I'm hoping to be on the water next season

Love the family videos. Could you make a video going over how you plan your camping trips? I have never been to Colorado and have no idea where to start. Do you just google a camping spot, do you have to reserve a spot? Best time of the year to go weather wise? Fishing lures to bring? Activities for families? Things of that nature.

When me and my family go camping we make a meal called hobo packs. It's where you take patted out hamburger meat, carrots, potatos, and onions wrap in tinfoil and set it over the fire.

Have you ever tried a Luhr Jensen Super Duper for trout? It just a bent metal spoon, that trout can't resist, I had my personal best, using one, 18 trout in 18 casts ( C& R) at Sylvan Lake in Custer State Park, In Custer South Dakota. ( right by Mount Rushmore)

The slow bite reflects my own recent experience in northern Colorado middle altitude mountain lakes. I think the exceptionally warm summer and water temps are responsible. Hoping the recent cool-down will wake them up! Cheers to y'all!
