We got a good college coach for 3.5 million the first year plus incentives.Rich’s salary goes up to only 3.75 million the remaining 4 years.NC is paying Belichek $10 million a year.I believe we will provide have more success.WVU got a bargain.His contract salary tells me a couple things.More money towards assistants.Rich really wanted this job.More I think about the hire and go back to some old interviews in the past.I’m not upset anymore about him leaving.A lot of things he was told not to do that made him look like jerk.He said he wished he would have handled it like he wanted.Water under the bridge.It’s been long enough and I just want to feel good about Mountaineer football again.I feel positive about the possibilities.I want us to win championships dang it!

Everyone is talking about Jaheim White in RR system like Steve Slaton(which he would be a good fit). Why has no one yet realized that CJ Donaldson has that body type of an Owen Schmitt? Imagine White and Donaldson as the new Slaton and Schmitt.

Neal tried to run a Kotelnicki style with 17 guys in motion before the snap but not the "Dudes" Penn St had at their disposal. RR has no excuses, should have the money to replace the roster or key pieces of it. We'll see.
