For first turn, you are correct yet incorrect steve pg.286 "Which player takes first turn is detailed in each scenario. In most scenarios the winner of the roll off chooses who takes the first turn". However every scenario lists first turn as: "once deployment is complete, the winner of a roll-off takes the first turn" Thus like in many rules in the old world the left hand cannot communicate with the right hand XD

Can chariots see through chariot runners who are engaged in combat? Like if I have a unit of chariot runners engaged and I want a chariot to charge that same unit?

Chariot Runners must be in skirmish to use CR, so they'll rank up to gill the entire fighting rank (in which case no charge), or they'll leave a blank spot (in which case yes charge). The line that gives ungor lovers hope is the part about moving Chariot Runners that a chariot would land on top of out of the way. I think because it's combat though there isn't an "out of the way" option. I'd still like it clarified in an FAQ, but pretty much everyone I've talked to has agreed CR in combat plug the hole.

Beastmen are overpowered / Empire has a lot of underpowered units e.g. State Troops, Warrior Priests / Lectors, Pistoliers, Witch Hunters etc. Good game though and nice to see the use of a Warrior Priest of Ulric in the Outriders for Multiple Wounds (2) shots.

It only give wizards -2. The ring is a bound spell and immune to it
