My tree brush viewing opacity is very low (But opacity is 100%), How can I correct with brush settings.

Try opening the brushes settings, then the stroke tab at the bottom. Then scroll down to the pressure under dynamics. Tap pressure and then increase the pressure curve to see what works for you
