I had a game of KT on Friday where the dice behaved in almost the same way as Brad' s dice did this game: I played Kommandos into Breachers, and everything I tried to do failed miserably mostly due to horrible dice rolling on my part and my opponent hitting flawlessly on almost anything he did. Round after round of struggling to kill anything in melee because I can´t hit enough 3+ for the live of me or being oneshotted with 6 hits on a 4+ and so on..... Really ironic that this episode of Mountainside Tabletop mirrors my own experience almost exactly. Well, as we all know ... dice do be dice! Love you guys for sharing my pain

A possibility for a safer alpha strike is to first activate your wayseeker, run forward, then use warp fold to swap with your shade runner, then activate shade runner, fly forward, throw grenade, then you still have a dash with fly to get him into cover. It's more telegraphed, and obviously takes a turn to set up, but you don't leave an operative flapping in the wind!

Spoilers: God damn. Two of my favourite teams and holy crap, that first grenade was just sad. Then the Grenadier running forward, getting baited into Deadly Ambush, only to shank the Corsair and use Ancestors to chuck that grenade. Hot damn what a back and forth there. Definitely seems like it would have been better to focus more melee rather than ranged in that matchup, though not sure if it would have succeeded depending on rolls and positioning.

You can't use Seize Ground on the barricade you made heavy. Rampart lets you give Heavy to a barricade _within_ 3, while Seize Ground requires the heavy terrain to be _more than_ 3 from the dropzone

The only thing i want new edition to change is to get rid of the initiative roll. Change it to something that you can plan around, for example, give initiative to the player who finished activating all of his operatives first in the previous turn.
