Mountfield Stiga mower wont start problem

Hi Folks.
Mountfield now fit a Stiga engine to some of its mowers.
When they won’t start, this is how to check the kill switch is not the problem.
The piece of paper I used was about 5thou. You can use thicker paper or some thin cardboard (spark plug packet), but always make sure it still makes contact with the earth, otherwise it won’t stop the engine.
