Great video. Certainly very useful. What a nuisance that all those slots don't marry up with the pedals. I wasted ages yesterday going through what you must have been through before you reached for a drill.

Ooh I have just had the same rig arrive and was thinking about upgrading to the GT DD pro. How do you find this setup. Can the Art handle the power of the wheel etc ?? Thanks.

Hi. I started with a DD Pro on a playseat challenge so the Art was a massive upgrade for me. I’m more than happy with the DD Pro on it. There is little to zero lateral flex and a small amount of vertical flex when I brake hard (I use 85% on the load cell). The wheel deck rises ever so slightly, but I dont notice it at all when driving. For me it’s more than adequate so I’d say yes, if you’re considering the DD Pro, do it. It’s excellent!

@@mjbrtn1192 thanks for the info mate. I am super tempted to go with the super pack with the better pedals and more power. Was not really into SIM racing then I got GT7 for my Psvr 2 and everything changed. Including my PayPal credit balance 😂😂😂😂

😂😂 I’m yet to get the PSVR 2 but do have plans. I bet it’s amazing. I tend to race on ACC as it’s more sim than GT7 for me. I used to run the G29 and I have to day the DD Pro is light years ahead. I definitely recommend the load cell if you only go for the CSL pedals. Game changer.

@@mjbrtn1192 I had it in my cart but could not understand why it was so cheap. Turns out if your in the UK you need to pay vat etc when UPS deliver it. Are you in the uk and did you have this issue ??? Cheers.

Hi i have ordered m6 x 25mm bolts to use with spacers supplied for front of pedals ? Does this sound about right im not planning on drilling but put them where they fit?

Confirming that I did use M6x25mm bolts for mounting the front of the pedals.

Hi, as far as I remember it’s neither. Definitely not with the rig. And as I had to get my own, I’m 99% sure they didn’t come with the pedals either. Best to source the exact length when you know how thick the pedal tray is. (The Fanatec pedal instructions tell you the required length so you can work this out. )

Hi, I used an M6 x 15mm bolt with a penny plain washer. You should easily find these at a DIY store. I took the T nuts that were supplied with the wheel to check the thread pitch was the same.
