A Firmware update to make the Direto XR / XR-T upgradable to support virtual shifting is scheduled to be worked on towards the end of the year. We recommend waiting until the firmware release, before snagging a Zwift Cog & Click Upgrade kit from the Zwift shop here bit.ly/3zyQZIZ. Quick question. Wahoo Kicker Core trainer. My wife has a 12 sp thru axel bike but I have a 11 sp quick release. It's such a pain to swap bikes each time. Would this thing solve the issue?

While the Cog can work as a single speed cassette and solve for that issue, you will still need to swap out the thru axle and QR skewer each time you swap bikes, as well as the adapters on either side of the trainer.

Sorry about the vagueness there! 😅 That's the axle adapter that attaches to the cassette/cog on the trainer- opposite to the side the skewer/axle feeds through. The video bit.ly/3UbOKT6 on installing a Cog v2 will hopefully clarify further (minute 1:55 if the link doesn't auto jump there).

My cassette is 10-52 Sram eagle, is that possible to use Zwift cog by following the exact same step?

The Zwift cog is compatible with nearly any 8-12 speed bike. If you're referring to the cassette on your trainer, then you'll want to pick up the Cog & Click, specifically the Freehub Multi Trainer option (bit.ly/3zyQZIZ). You'll also want to ensure your current trainer is compatible via this page here bit.ly/3B1E2aV.

I feel vibrations while pedaling since i installed the zwift cog. No clicking sound, just vibrations. And it gets worse when im doing more watts. Can u help me fix it?
