Has anyone tried these cases with an edge to edge screen protector? By the looks of it seems like its going to fit finr. I really like the edge to edge screen protectors because with a case its like they're not there.

The black and drown are the best the other discolor with sweet from hand and also where you hold your phone over time the color leather star pealing off. So Iam not sure why but I had this issue with a blue on after they send me a replacement still same until they send me a brown leather that don’t wear out like that I had it naw for about 3 month and it’s perfect

People's experience with phone cases can really differ based on things like whether they have dry or sweaty hands. I tend to have dry hands, and I have had zero issues with the colored leather Contour cases, but I can see how it might be different if your hands are sweatier. Hi Koen! I'm not a great person to ask about long term use data, because I switch cases too often. But I used my Contour cases quite a bit because I absolutely loved the way they looked and felt and I never noticed any wear. I was really disappointed that Mous did not make the Contour for the iPhone 12 series...

No, it is a different feel. The Contour case for iPhone 11 is made of a treated leather. It has a kind of slightly bumpy textured back that gives the case a decent amount of grip. The Speckled Fabric on the iPhone 12 Limitless 3.0 is smooth, but the PU coating on it gives it a grip.

I got the limitless 3.0 in walnut and the blue contour. It feels like the limitless is thicker/ bulkier. The contour feels slimmer and better in the hand. Did you notice this is well?

I only have the Limitless for the 11 Pro right now, and I have the Contour for the 11 and 11 Pro, but yes- based on the samples I have, I agree with you. I think this is because the Contour has slightly rounded back edges, and the leather wraps around part of the way, as opposed to the Limitless 3.0. It is also lighter, because it doesn’t need to have the magnetic mounting capability. And the leather feels grippier too. As I said in the review, I absolutely love the feeling of the Contour case:)

Great review again. The mous contour cases look really classy. I wish I had a new iPhone 11 to try these fantastic looking cases out. I think you made the right chose with the green iPhone 11. Really looks nice with the blue leather one. But I also thought the first black one you tried looked sharp as well. I think I would get the yellow iPhone 11 and then get the blue leather case. Hi To Each There Own :) It's too bad that Mous does not show any signs of releasing the Contour case for previous iPhone versions--it is such a nice case. It feels shockingly good on the phone. The edges are very slightly rounded so that it fits extremely comfortably in your hand and the low lip in the middle section of the case makes it seem super slim. The grip may not be up to your Speck Presidio Grip level standard, but I find it quite grippy. You are right about the yellow iPhone and the blue Mous Contour--that would look sweet indeed! And I also liked the green/black combo with my green iPhone. I liked the way all the cases Mous sent me looked on my green iPhone 11...the only color of Contour case that wouldn't look nice on a green iPhone is the red Contour. I reviewed the Contour for my silver iPhone 11 Pro (awesome for that phone as well) and Mous sent me the red Contour as one of the colors there. Of course the red looked fantastic on a silver iPhone (basically any color rocks on silver!), but I think it would clash on a green iPhone. Thanks again for being such a loyal viewer!

Oh, I suspect they will keep the Contour line--it is really nice! The only reason I can think of why they wouldn't would be that they are too expensive to make (too low a profit margin) or something. The Contour is definitely a keeper in my opinion :) Enjoy your weekend!

Hi Gridis! Looking at the iPhone 11 Mous Contour and RhinoShield Mod NX in bumper mode, the Mous Contour feels noticeably slimmer. Size wise, the RhinoShield Mod NX is taller and wider than the Mous Contour. As far as thickness is concerned, the two cases are equally thick at the top and bottom, but the reduced lip size in the middle of the Contour results in its feeling slimmer in the hand. As far as which case is better overall, I guess it depends upon what you are looking for. The features are very different. You have many more customization options with the Mod NX, and it can be used as a bumper or full case. You also have a stated drop rating (over 11 ft), and the Contour doesn't specify any drop height rating--just that it is really drop protective. The Contour is a leather case, which has an upscale aspect to it, whereas the Mod NX is definitely all plastic all the way. And speaking of plastic, the Mod NX is made of nontoxic food grade plastic, whereas Mous makes no such claims about its case. So, it really depends upon what you are looking for :)

Hi Ohn Yoo! The Speckled case has a very unusual texture--it is real leather, but it has been treated so that it has a rough, textured feel. Not really a 'matte', not a normal leather--very unique. It has quite a lot of grip and looks really great, in my opinion. But it doesn't really look quite like leather. The Limitless 3.0 aramid fiber (kevlar) has a tiny bit of texture to it--it is not as slippery as the wood Limitless 3.0--but it is not nearly as grippy as the leather Limitless 3.0 or the Speckled Contour or any of the Contour Colours Edition cases. It has an almost velvety feel. FYI, I just finished an in depth review and comparison of the Limitless 3.0 and the Contour for iPhone 11--it will be published in the next few days, so stay tuned!

Hi Reckless Matt! I haven't played around with the Apple cases for a few years, so I don't have any up to date info for you on them. In general, however, they are only minimally drop protective and in the past, at least, the leather was pretty slippery. (The Apple silicone cases have more grip than the leather ones.) I suspect that the Apple leather case is going to be slimmer than this case, and it is entirely leather on the exterior, as opposed to having polycarbonate/TPU sides like the Mous Contour. It will also have the Apple logo on the back (which only Apple cases are allowed to do). So those might be features which appeal to you--not sure--but for me, if I were buying a leather case for my iPhone, I would go with the Mous Contour :) I think it is a great leather case, with a nice grip, and excellent drop protection. And even if you almost never drop your phone, like me, that drop protection is reassuring to have. Hope this helps!

It does not, unfortunately...however, the Limitless 3.0 case does work with their magnetic accessories, and it comes in two colors of leather this year--white and black. I haven't gotten a chance to review it yet--will be reviewing it soon...

I have the brown Contour for iPhone 11 Pro (gorgous case!), but I haven't had it long enough to tell anything patina-wise. However, Mous's website says: "The brown leather will patina over time, giving it a heritage aesthetic unique to each user". Enjoy!!

Hi Oleg! Thanks for your comment. In both case comparisons, you are getting significant additional value for the price premium you are paying for Mous over RhinoShield. The RhinoShield Carbon Fiber Finish is not real Carbon Fiber or Aramid Fiber either-it is just a finish that looks like the real thing. The Mous Aramid Fiber Limitless 3, on the other hand, is actual Aramid Fiber, and it looks and feels more premium. Similarly, the Mous Limitless 3 leather case looks and feels more premium than the RhinoShield leather SolidSuit case (although the RhinoShield leather case is a real leather case, the leather is not quite as nice). I like both case brands a lot, but I do think you get what you pay for. My favorite of the RhinoShield SolidSuit cases are the Classic and the Print cases anyway...

Hi Maddude. I guess you have seen my in depth review of the Limitless 3.0 now. As I said, I think it is an awesome case. Why is it better than the Ultra Impact? The materials are more premium, it has a sleeker form factor by not having oversized bumpers, and it probably offers significantly better drop protection (although that is always hard to quantify). Because the Limitless 3.0 is not a clear case, you don't have to contend with the fingerprint and easy scratching issue that a glossy clear polycarbonate case presents, and there is no clear TPU to worry about yellowing issues either. Therefore, i think it will age better. It also has the ability to do magnetic mounting with Mous's accessories. Don't get me wrong--the Ultra Impact is a great case, and if you really like clear cases...and especially customizable clear cases...it might be a better choice for you personally. But for me, the Limitless 3.0 seems like a better case. Hope this helps!

Well, they are pretty different. The Symmetry is a plastic case, whereas the Contour is mostly leather on the exterior. The look and feel is therefore quite different. As far as size is concerned, the Symmetry is wider and taller than the Mous Contour. Thickness wise, they are the same if you measure where the Contour's lip is highest, on the top and bottom of the case, but the Contour is considerably thinner in the middle of the case, so overall, it feels thinner in the hand than the Symmetry.
