Salutes to Telangana forest departments Taking painful and lot of efforts to save endangered beautiful species mouse deer. Why Karnataka government is not taking such steps to save mouse deer and other animals by breeding programs like Telangana government. Actually mouse deers are vanishing in Karnataka forests.

It doesn't seem to be a hard to get by animal as they are all over the SE Asia where villagers would gladly catch and sell a few to anyone with $$$. Problem is the legal issues regarding ownership and transport of a wild species. I can't see much trouble raising a few individuals for anyone with enough space such as a farm.

Scientist should breed and introduce thise miniature deer to South Texas. The ungulates will not out compete native whitetails. They could provide food for ocelots, hawks, eagles, foxes, and coyotes.

first of all you destroyed English language , secondly the animal is called Mousedeer with a full stop, no need to attribute it to a nationality. lastly , if you are not sure or guessing or think of a thing , that doesnt give you any right to post is as an information, either you say its your opinion or post something accredited by specialist .
@unapologetic51503 жыл бұрын
Every animal native to a place is known or called by its nation's name, like indian guar, american eagle, asiatic lions named after Asia, African elephants coz they are distinct from Asian elephants and when you add nationality to it people from that region take extra care and pride in conserving them.
