To be fair mouth sounds are the best triggers but i listen to so much of it i have to switch between genres to try and get the tingles again.its like cleaning your ears with cotton swabs it feels great but do it too much and you'll lose the satisfaction not to mention its not the correct way to clean them as they can do harm if your not careful.
