Miss Mattie, corned beef, cabbage and vegetables has been one of my family’s favorite recipes for over 30 years. You totally introduced me to a new way of cooking it. Cook the vegetables separately in the meat broth! I love your recipe and will use yours from now on. My tip, I buy 6 or 8 corned beefs at St Patrick’s day and freeze them for the year. That’s when they’re half the price. Thank you!
