90 g all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
30 g cocoa powder
120 g unsalted butter
150 g granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

100 g granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
50 g blueberries
60 g raspberries

tray size 10 x 10 inch

How to bake
- Bake preheated oven at the 170 C for 40-45 minutes
*skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean*

ผงฟู 1/2 ช้อนชา
ผงโกโก้ 30 กรัม
เนยสดจืด 120 กรัม
น้ำตาลทราย 150 กรัม
เกลือ 1/4 ช้อนชา
ไข่ 2 ฟอง (เบอร์2)
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา

ครีมชีส 350 กรัม
น้ำตาลทราย 100 กรัม
ไข่ 2 ฟอง (เบอร์2)
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา
บลูเบอร์รี่ 50 กรัม
ราสเบอร์รี่ 60 กรัม

ในคลิปใช้พิมพ์อบขนาด 10 x 10 นิ้ว

วิธีการอบ
- อบไฟบน-ล่าง 170 องศา ไม่เปิดพัดลม 40-45 นาที
**เช็คสุก จากการเอาไม้แหลมจิ้มไปตรงกลาง หากไม่มีเศษขนมเปียกๆติดมา คือสุกค่ะ **
