One of the interns at my office recommended your channel to me and I was digging through my phone notes the other day and finally looked you up - so glad I did! So many other cooking channels are promoted but never any good Caribbean ones that I've seen! My dad is from the Virgin Islands I'm going to show him this too, subbed!

I just got into lamb recently and after having it seasoned with only salt/pepper/garlic, the first thing I thought was man..a jerk seasoning on this would be interesting. Thank you for this video exactly what I was looking for👍👍👍

Chris, I am certainly going to cook that recipe when I get the chance. I bbq a lot of jerk chicken and use PC memories of Montego Bay sauce, the flavors are incredible! But, I would like a recipe for authentic Jamaican Jerk sauce, just as you would have back home, no matter how hot. I would really appreciate if you could help me out. I am a big fan of your cooking, Dan.
