#1 Take the lower left vertical match from the 8 and place it ar a 45 degree over the top of the equals sign so the the right tip of the moved match touches the right end of the top of the equals sign. Now it would say 9+9 ≥ 0. This type of move works for ALL OF THEM and the ≥ and the ≤ signs ARE NOT PROHIBITED, only the ≠ sign is.
