Great informative video Nicole. Unfortunately, there is no option to transfer from my Google Wrokspace account to Gmail. When I arrived at the final window in classic mode, the target email address only allows transfer to another Google Workspace email. The "start" button is not active when I keyed in my Gmail address.

For this, avoid the option "Google Workspace" and use Gmail to Gmail even though it's a google workspace.

@@Mstechnicole Thanks for the reply. That option did not appear in the classic mode. The target email header still showed GoogWS. Tried the new migration using Gmail option but when I input my source email, it showed not a valid gmail address.

Hi Nicole, Great job in explaining this topic. In my instance I'm leaving my team and I need to take my current and past emails with me. Could I have the Admin transfer my emails from my team email to my own workspace email? or is there a better way?

@@Living_In_Vancouver_BC it is possible, you would have to create a Google Workspace account in order to complete the transfer
