Considering the equiptment used and how the building was braced i think there was very minimal damage to it , we always added at least 4 sections of X bracing with one in the garage door and lagged 4x4s all way around the lower perimeter to every other stud. We have used tractors with forks and skidsteers to move many buildings and a few were old log buildings, we have 3/4” anchor loops welded on the skid plates and chain the two skid steers together so the outside guy can pull the lead to keep the slack out and maintain the same distance between them and chain is out the way of the arms. Mad props to the concrete truck operator also, awesome guy and should be in the commercial for how to give 110% for the companys image and customer support/satisfaction. Start the pour from the back. Screed and lift the metal grid as you work your way to the front. Have a person fill in the low spots as you move backwards. An experienced truck operator, like the one you had, can put the concrete where you need it with a lot less work for you having to move concrete around.

You are a hardworking serious man. Some of us bums don't have the free time with work and family. I work appreciate your videos being shorter or broken down. I would be able watch them completely each time then see the next tomorrow. Just a suggestion. Thank you. I enjoy your hard and informative work. God bless

Another amazing video. Two and a half years - long time span for the project, and the video. Well done!

@andrew. I appreciate that you hold onto footage for four years instead of having 20 videos about the same thing spread out. I know you could be creating playlists, but it’s just way more satisfying to watch an entire project as a feature length movie.

I was thinking the same thing about the driver. What an asset to his company and its customers. Great job sir.

That is a thick cement pad for the garage. Nice to see some rebar in it. I don’t believe the wire does anything for holding it together. I always require rebar on 2 foot centers lifted with the chairs. I noticed that you used them on the cement at the castle new pads you did recently. Very nice video work. 👍Thank you Andrew for sharing your work with us.

Christmas has come early this year thanks to Andrews flurry of uploads I almost feel guilty devouring so many content treats this past couple of weeks! Thank you Andrew at this rate along with some crafty shorts you should be at 2 Million subs by Christmas, maybe even a snow filled Castle-Christmas treat complete with a snowy yule log loop atop the Camarata Mountain!

The concrete truck driver is a super nice guy. I also liked his body form when pushing with a rake. His back will stay strong. Good video. It told a nice story. 👍👍👍

When I was a kid 40+ years ago people in my town were constantly moving garages. They backed a hay wagon into it, jacked it up and tied the building to the wagon and pulled it with a tractor.

I don’t think you have any kids but I just wanna say thank you for teaching the youth an actual way to be constructive to society and their own future. A lot of fatherless boys out there will never get the guidance they need to be men. Lifting ppl like you help ppl like them. Too many terrible idols today. Keep it up man. Been here since like 40k and always love the content.

Andrew, use magnesium bull floats from now on, you will thank me later, the different tops with multiple edges allow you to put weight on them. This allows you to open up and finish concrete better to get it nice and flat
