Only locals will know the locations & the road is a shortcut to hotel road coming from upper Tumon, bc it’s on hotel road where alot of restaurants, clubs, shopping are in lower Tumon but you’re safe…

Yup that view is definitely crazy. Personally my favourite time is right before sunset when the bay seems to light up in blue

That's my favorite time as well. In the photography world, we call that the Twilight hour. That's when you can get the best photos.

Have to say it again excellent choice. You can't go wrong with a Tumon location but you picked one of the very few properties that does actual upkeep/maintenance and has proper security.

Thank you for tuning in and for leaving a comment. I'm glad to hear that me videos helped. I too started out searching but as we all know, real estate companies use angles to trick the eye. Let him know that it probably best to work with an agent to help him through the process. That's what I ended up doing and I couldn't be more pleased. My agent Alec works for "Living on Guam Reality" and he was great. I don't know exactly what my budget was and what I was looking for specifically. He narrowed the search, I found the perfect spot and couldn't be more pleased. Let him know that if he needs any assistance or if there's anything that I can do to help him through this process to reach out to me. He can always reach out to Alec and tell him that I sent him. I get nothing back from promoting the company. I'm doing it because they have a large inventory of homes and apartments and their customer service is impeccable.
