I actually like the 2nd floor, top, apartment best for its finishes even though it's smaller and three flights of stairs up. You didn't look, but I assume there is a fridge up there. That ground floor bed surround needs to go. I'd be tempted to combine at least the top two floors if I were going to live there.

This is really nice! This would be perfect for me just wish I had the finances to do this! It’s a shame that we can’t purchase a forever home in America! They are price gouging with these houses and you want get this much in a home without paying millions for just a decent home without all the bells and whistles

Its a good deal , but I didnt like the style of it. Looks like they took any historical charm of Italian design and threw it out a window 😢. Replacing it weird boxy📦 built-ins😢

Regarding you not disclosing the specific towns, I completely understand and nobody should have an issue with that. With that said, I'm looking at buying a property that we could get to rather quickly using only public transportation. We will not be purchasing or driving a vehicle in Italy. We will have us, our two kids, one is currently under one year old, and my mother. We would like to come out next year and visit a bunch of towns throughout Italy to see which one is the right one for us but what would help is if you could continue to state drive time to locations for those who do or will have a car but also mention, for those who won't use a car, if there are many busses in&Out of the town, how long to a train station and if there's a high speed train station in a nearby town, and how long via busses to the nearest international airport.
