I've had great success using a diamond rotary blade to cut glass. This should be done wet or even submerged in water. My set up was using a drill press and hand rotating the bottle to cut it at an even height; It's a little unsafe though. Stained glass makers have diamond band saws that cut wet; this probably will create the cleanest cut, but requires the most money. On the cheaper end, I believe a you could use a diamond reciprocating blade and a custom made miter box to easily cut ~50 bottles.

Thanks for the intro to this store that I didn't know exsisted, And darn I just took a galvanized bucket, an antique table and antique wood box to a charity store and just gave it away because I was too lazy to put it on market place, also fairly new outdoor pillows. This would have been an awesome place to see if they would have taken them.

very cool! Next time I'm in Brantford I will have to come and stop by, say hello to the old house :) and check out the consignment shop too! Also Century Brick, based out of Brantford still operates the old Hamilton Brick Factory and they do in fact still make low production runs of New Historic Brick for restorations. You will probably have no problem finding re-claimed bricks, but it's an option.

I owned a house that was moved and moved many miles a 40 min. drive at normal highway speed . The house was going much slower nat. Anyway I was not told the house had been moved when I bought it . Who thinks to ask that question. Anyway the place needed massive amounts of work because it had been moved and because the lazy guy that owned it for years did zero repairs. I sold it
