Don McNelly attempted to run but was unable to complete his 745th marathon in 2010...at age 90. He passed away February, 2017 at age 96. What an inspiration to keep moving and keep busy.

Thank you, Jeff Galloway! You may be the most influential person in the history of running; thank you for your influence and for sharing your wisdom and experience. I had the pleasure and privilege of running with Don McNelly on a few occasions. I still have a photo of him hanging over my desk with the word "Courage" beneath it. He was truly amazing and a joy to spend time with.

The treadmill is my prayer closet.. it is my sofa in a virtual psychologist's office.. it is me under the healing hypnosis of a gifted psychic.. when I play music it is a concert that moves me to intense elation & tears. It is truly a sacred gift. 🙌

There is some evolution, but its not humans from apes. Think about it. Sharks, crocodiles, snakes, mosquitoes, palm trees, and many other things haven't changed into anything else. They just got smaller. In fact everything got smaller.

You’re right but the most common thoughts about exercise is that it’s good for the heart and overall health. Most people don’t really know how good it is for your brain.

People seem so smart but then they lose it. God gave you a mind to see that the world around you came to be in 6 days! God spoke it to existence. Evolution assumes that we came from a rock..but where did the rock come from? It takes more faith to believe that nonses then believing in God. Zero times billions of years always remains ZERO.

Evolution is real it goes on everyday. The stresses, up and downs etc a person goes through affects their off spring they adapt. Climate and outside factors effect this also. Think about it your attributes might not be from a monkey but it was passed down from your parents and theirs and theirs and theirs and so on. You right now are the best it’s going to get endless you have kids and when you have kids or if you already do they will be or supposed to be better than you in a perfect world.

The only part he got wrong was that we did not come from chimpanzees. We share a common ancestor but we don't descend from them. Common misconception.
