Thanks for the time and effort to make such a great video, after watching your video yesterday I thought it would be great if I could save some money too, so I had a look on Market Place and bugger me I found one a few hundred K's away and saved a thousand dollars. Thanks again and I'm going to subscribe to your channel, you little ripper.

Hey Buck put an Anderson plug on the front side of your van. Handy for lots of uses especially that mover. Saves getting the battery box out of the shed. I use mine for hooking into solar panels and running 12 volt gear.

Looks great Buck, just one tip I would recommend and do is to put a car stand or something similar under the drawbar and take the weight off the Tug wheel, saves getting a flat spot.

Hi Buck I have the same issue putting my van into the carport, I cant see down the side of the van What I did I place a rope down the side of the carport the same distance out from the posts of the carport from front & rear. I used the rope down the carport to run the tyres of the caravan along rope which made it easier. You could but some tape or paint a line on the floor of the carport equal distant from the wall of the shed front & rear & run the van into the carport Then you only have to run down this line & it will be a lot easier. I hope that helps Peter

I used to have the original version for my 19ft Jayco. Instead of using a battery pack, I put a Anderson to the side/front of the van and used the vans battery system.

@@Mrbuckaroonie.. Personally I wouldnt do that.1200 watt motor would be drawing 100 odd amps.Whatever your plugging into on the van wouldnt handle that as well as burning the motor out with voltage drop.Keep it the way it is.

Poor bugger,if you had of come and seen me 40 years ago l could of taught you to put a tow bar on the front of your bt50 low gear and maybe offset the towbar so you can see the side of the house while you push it up that drive. Now give yourself a upper cut but don't knock yourself out. Now do you keep the old rig locked and them gates shut at night.

G'day Buck build a guide on the house side so the caravan wheel follows so the caravan can't get any closer to your aircon units. Could be made of timber, water pipe welded together, or brick etc. I have made a winch to pull my van up our driveway to stop having my tug out on the road because people drive down the road like dickheads.
