Colleen!! A quilted heart! 😍 I found one this summer at a garden center in Wisconsin 💕 I've found many things my Guides have dropped for me, countless painted rocks and even a 3 carat diamond once! I was sitting in the bathtub yesterday, sobbing, for no real reason. I just let it come. 🧖 Felt like some kind of ‘purge’. But it felt necessary + I try to just let it come when it needs to and flow thru me. So yes… part of the process.
