i just binged watched your vids it brought back memories for me, my wife and i did the same but 50 years ago. my only advice is look after your wife she is the most important person in your life. me my wife slave to help build our houses ,than raised our 4 children then went on to get a uni degree in nursing she stood by my side in some of the remotest place in australia and brought happiness an joy to our family , she past after 40 years with me and to this day i questioned weather i looked after her as she deserved , dont make the same mistake

Very cool guys! Not related to this video, but I think for this site you guys need an excavator and maybe a tracked skid steer. The TLB is handy for sure but with the forest terain and water I think you need tracks. Saying that as someone who has zero experience and just watches construction equipment on KZbin 😂 Amazing job on the house though!

Congratulations!!! The house is beautiful! My husband and I are just starting to build our own house using ICF. I'm a novice and have no clue what I'm doing (he's experienced, though). Watching your videos I'm feeling a bit more confident. Do you have any advice for someone taking on such an enormous task?

My advice is start well end well. If you start with really good lazer flat and square footings the block will install much easier and save alot of future problems. Rushing and cutting corners just kicks the can down the road and makes everything take more time to do in the future.
