Yes, I see it!! Analyzing, running away from, or fighting the violence… all of these still implies violence! When you stop doing them ( which we all are trained to do) , you can see the violence for what it is. The insight gained from that dissolves the violence- all at once! Wow!

JK is amazing. As someone who has listened to him for years, I think that he was in the final analysis trying to get us to see things as they are so that our lives are totally free but all to often we would rather suffer and live a life of pretending to “change”, rather than just be and therefore be different for real. He cares for real and why for me he is so very Compassionate and Beautiful. Just an amazing clip! Thank you so much!🙏🦋
