+Winnie L Thanks Winnie. It's a bit more challenging off the bat this year! But with the use of bands we were able to also hit a few areas that are harder to do in 10-12 minutes without equipment so we are really happy with the results.

I love the Movement Champions Programm. So my question is. Where can i find the Level 3 Handouts of this programm. Could Someone help me?

+dombert1 level 2 and 3 are coming in the next couple months. If you're following me on FB and subscribing here you won't miss it. We had to rush the release of Level 1 to help out a couple volleyball clubs and ultimate Frisbee clubs we are working with! Interesting thing is if you're working really hard on creating tension/co-contraction and core bracing the level 1 stuff this year is pretty challenging. So give it a go in these positions and you will be ready when the next ones come out!
