Movement of Sweden & Exploring Stockholm

Erik and I flew out to Sweden to be at Movement of Sweden jam last weekend. Really wish we had been able to stay out there a little longer to explore the place properly but unfortunately I had to get back to the UK for work… We had an awesome time at the jam though - spent most of it bailing in the gymnastics gym, because soft floors ya know?
Aaaand just to reiterate before you all start thinking Erik is a monster who goes around punching people in the face, he actually barely touches Josh here. SO CALM IT KERMITS! The bang in the background just makes it seem like actually hit him. (Which we found kinda funny... Easily entertained!) But yeah, this particular monster doesn’t actually go round smacking people in the face. Although, perhaps on this occasion Josh would have deserved it! ;) #lostodds #accepttheconsequences #whyamihashtaggingonyoutube?!
Ps. This is my first actual vlog (rather than random iPhone training clips). I enjoyed making it but if you really hated it you can let me know in the comments... Can't promise I'll stop making them though. Soz.

Katie, try to balance out audio levels of music with other sounds like talking n stuff... The music is really loud compared to the voices that are too quiet :/ But hey, don't worry! :D I've read the description and i understand that making vlogs can be challenging sometimes, especially for the first time. Anyway, awesome vlog, thank you and keep it up!!!

when i was 13 i wanted to start doing stuff like freerunning (Im 15) i still want to try it but i have low confidence and my friend told me that because im not good at gymnastics i cant do or try stuff like freerunning. I dont know if thats true or not. It looks fun and interesting to learn. I really want to try it but i cant do gymnastics

+Melissa Pritchard you don't need to be able to do gymnastics to do parkour... Plus, if you did want to learn flips you could totally learn. Plus, you're still so young! Time is on your side :P

katie is right all you have to do is start i only wish i knew about parkour at thirtteen i started at eighteen and i;m twenty one now and i am in the best shape of my life and i started out with very very very low confidence and now i love talking and meeting new people all you have to do is start but remember baby steps don,t be reckless and try to jump a 10 roof gap on your first day just start small with the basics such as rolls QM or Quadripedal movement and the basic vaults such as king kong vault , speed vault safteytap vault and maybe a dash vault but remember start small and work your way up

Can I make a suggestion for the next time you visit Sweden? Parkour? NOT at the palace. NOT on the lions. NOT by any monument or statue. It is (believe it or not) VERY disrespectful and although it may not feel like it, because nobody is saying anything about it, trust me. Swedish people don't talk to strangers nor are they loud or act energetic in public. You should really check out a countries culture before visiting. Nothing against you guys but I was cringing through the entire video at all of the things you did that are considered unacceptable.
