Bro I see so many people slouching and sitting incorrectly but no disc bulge or pain..so spinal disc really come out due to slouching? Also how long can you sit in wrong posture? Because it is not possible to maintain good posture all the time

Really appreciate your comments! This is just one point of view of looking at it obviously your body can adapt and become stronger in these positions. I wouldn't say flexion/ slouching causes disc bulge but it might be one of the factors responsible. There is alot of conflicting evidance in this area
