A good way to “whiten” yellowing vintage outfits is to hand wash the items in he sink in lukewarm water, use a little laundry detergent and soak overnight. Rinse well and layout items on a towel and let dry in the sun. The whites will brighten up and the clothes will smell like new.

Greg Hardin--Martha Campbell Pulle, PhD, is a retired heirloom sewing enthusiast. She was known for purchasing Edwardian white fashions and restoring them. Her advice was to soak the garments in a Biz bucket, rinse thoroughly, and dry flat.

Not sure, I try to check with the official barbie book for collectors when I make the videos but I’m often lazy and go by the promo packet, which is definitely not always correct with production!

Yes, but it was released later, so you can find the outfit either with or without the white cap. NRFB with the white cap costs a fortune because of its rarity!
