jacob norris I'm pretty sure it would end at the 45 turn timer, unless both players rope every turn. Correct me if I'm wrong, though.
@davidlovesyeshua7 жыл бұрын
Yes, but since turns are 90 seconds max PER PLAYER, you can still get well over 1 hour games. Maximum theoretical is 2 hours and 15 minutes if both players full rope every turn and avoid fatigue death until turn 45.

21:55 There was a potential lethal by playing Dead Man's Hand with Coldlight in your hand, then play Coldlight and hope to draw the Coldlight created by Dead Man's Hand, he would have taken 35 dmg if you had played the coldlight twice.
@UNTHESUNTHESUNTHES7 жыл бұрын
Btw Trump this thing might be useful for calculating fatigue damage since its an arithmetic progression en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arithmetic_progression in a faster way, once you get the hang of it is a piece of cake
@samiamrg77 жыл бұрын
Wait, how did that very last lethal work? I thought fatigue didn't proc ice block, but it did but then the mage died anyway.
@acanthopsfalcataria7 жыл бұрын
Fatigue does proc the ice block! Ice block doesn't proc on the mages turn though. Trump procced the iceblock on his turn, then the enemy turn began, making the mage draw a card and killing the mage on his turn through fatigue. It only looked like it was active because trump played the cards fast and passed the turn, making the animation look like the mage is actually still immune on his turn.
@acanthopsfalcataria7 жыл бұрын
I'll make it even easier to comprehend. first cold light oracle: 4 , 5 damage to mage second cold light oracle: 6 , 7 damage to mage third cold light oracle: 8 damage to mage (iceblock proc), 9 damage to mage (mage was immune due to iceblock) turn end -> mage draws a card - 10 damage -> lethal

(Okay so quickly, and without available notation/subscripts). TRUMP's theorem: Assume knowledge of iceblock mechanics. Let X = opponent's current health. Let y in |N be the current level of fatigue, for all y. Let f(y) = damage done by fatigue at y. Since y < y+n for all n in N, and f(y) = y, f(y) < f(y+n). Therefore: if f(y) >= X then f(y+n) >= X for any n in |N. Because yi < yj for all i

@lizardirl94887 жыл бұрын
Looks like a fun deck, and i definitely want a control warrior archetype after the nerfs yet i'm lacking cards. I'm willing to craft the 3-4 epics i need but i want to know if scourgelord Garrosh and Thalnos are 100% required for the deck. I see how effective it is, but you can get the same effect by just going infinite with whirlwind/ghoul/bloodrazor or maybe even slam, you also have additional armor gain against some REALLY fatiguey classes. Man, the itch to disenchant that golden jaraxxus is bigger than ever, since i don't even play warlock, nevermind the fact that no meta deck runs it if i remember correctly.
@murderousduck7 жыл бұрын
Katana Collector Thalnos is replaceable with loot hoarder, scourgelord garrosh is cause you need a way to clear the coldlights you play or you cant go infinite, and since gheist destroys whirlwind that one is out of the question as a replacement, and you have to remember that while garrosh puts the ww in your hero power, any other card would add one to the draw counter, making it less efficient
@lizardirl94887 жыл бұрын
Hmmm, guess i'll just disenchant that golden Jaraxxus rotting away in my tiny, tiny warlock collection to craft scourgelord. Control warrior is one of my favorite deck types, whether it'd be C'thun, N'zoth, Quest or even old school hardcore control. And i'm scared they won't survive the waraxe nerf. However, this deck doesn't use waraxe and it beats jade. Plenty of reason to craft it in my book.
