Movie Memories Monday #113: Santa Claus Is Coming To Town! This is one of the best Christmas Classics and definitely one of the best Rankin Bass specials. I grew up with this special. And the VHS copy is my original copy that I have had since I was young in the 90's. I have had it for over 25 years. God Bless.

It's also been restored on 4K UHD. From what I understand the film for the rest are in such poor condition that likely the best they'll ever look is on the complete collection blu-ray set, but the three that are together on the 3-movie blu-ray collection have been restored and put out on 4K UHD Blu-ray. I have it on DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K UHD Blu-ray formats. I hope someday there'll be a way to completely restore the other 15 specials in 4K format (maybe use AI technology?), but if not they look nice on blu-ray anyway. There's still fade-in's & out's in the blu-rays, but if that's all they have to work with on the existing film then I'm thankful they did what they could to get these out there on blu-ray for us fans of these specials.
