My son introduced me too you and I have thoroughly enjoyed your videos. I think you are an awesome person and have such a refreshing down to earth attitude. You motivate and inspire without doing much and you can cheer up a negative day. I am so HAPPY to hear that you are exploring a journey to better your health. As a mom, I can't help but worry when I see someone with an unhealthy weight and I know it can be dangerous to your life. I think people will be very happy to have you around for a long time and you are wise, courageous and brave to realize it is time to make a change. It won't be easy but I am sure that you have lots of fans who will be supportive and respect you for it. Your journey will motivate others to do the same. It is a hard path but you will feel so much better. Be patient, take your time, give yourself a break when you need to and believe in yourself. Most importantly, NEVER give up!! Weight loss: You can't do fast food as it's totally unhealthy. I suggest going mostly veggie, and when you are hungry, eat, but eat correctly. Morning, eggs, big bowl of oatmeal, fruit, bananas, apples, etc. Apples are good for snacks. Eat a huge bowl of salad each day, huge, easy on the dressing, but throw in as much veggies as you like. I just buy the tub salad that's already made up, throw in some cole slaw, an orange, beans, carrots, whatever you want. Eat as much as you want. Supper: along the same line...Also eat veggie burgers: black bean hamburger. All this can be found at Walmart, etc. Good luck.

Totally know what your talking about with Bio-Dome. I wanted to live in that Dome and explore in there for awhile. "Just One of the Guys" is great. Has a classic scene with the bad kid from karate kid where they get into a food fight in school cafeteria. One of my favorite movies is "True Romance" with Christian Slater, so good. Gleaming the Cube is a good one with him in it from the 80's.

hey cooldudr, since u are always going to best buy and wondering when the sections are going to change, i am letting you know that the movies sections will change this and next week, depending on the store. The horror section isnt changing much. The only new things added are birds blu ray, evil dead and lords of salem steelbooks, and older movies like dark shadows, chernobyl diaries, paranormal activity 4 and 5, evil dead 2 and devils due. So you may be a bit disappointed!!

Hey I give you guys both a lot of credit for losing weight and watching what you eat. It's really hard to do when, like me, your used to eating anything. It takes a lot of discipline and self determination, but have fun with it too. I admire anyone who sets out to make a change in their life whatever that change may be. I am a huge food lover man, it's hard, shit. So give it hell and keep up the great work exercising. I can tell you both have lost some weight. Great video too. Biggest misconception about the "michael bay" horror movies is that he had nothing to do with those movies. It was his studio but he didn't write or direct them nor is he writing or directing the new TMNT. Yeah, they throw his name on as a producer to help sell tickets but he wasn't involved in either of those texas chainsaw movies or friday the 13th. I think he has a little input in TMNT but he didn't direct or write it.

He may of wrote "A" draft early on but the final screenplay was written by Nemec, Appelbaum and Daugherty. I don't even think Michael Bay has a credit for any screenplay come to think of it. I believe he only directs and produces films, he might have some input on some scenes in terms of dialogue but for the most part other people have wrote his films and he had nothing to do with Friday the 13th, Chainsaw or TMNT.

That's cool you that you both are getting work done on the weight loss. I applaud you both. I know being overweight and wanting to lose a bunch of weight can really prove to be difficult and frustrated. I lost 100 pounds over the course of a full year and it took a lot of restraint. The clincher is after you lose the fat - you still NEED to refrain from eating shit food that contribute to getting all that weight back! Sucks, but it's true. Anyways, with enough willpower you can a lot of great things. You both could be half your size in a year if you really push yourself. And you know... If DO you lose a lot of weight? Then you're much more closer to get wit de ladies. ;)
