i heard the same issue happened in attack on titan there was an area in both the anime and manga things were "boring" cause it delt with a lot of talking not a lot of action. I sometimes ask fans are you the type when playing video games do you skip the cut scenes or spam a through dialogue. its case by case bases usually but I've seen fans of one piece complain about skypiea because its too talk heavy/lore heavy and same for dressrosa it's so long because there's a lot of lore and backstories being dropped here and there is ways of doing it better or worse, some creators can weave the lore into the story without it feeling like an exposition dump. its a tough balancing act

I thought the movie would be just yer average irrelevant OVA stuff, turns out that it contained a quite a bit of info that'll be relevant to future arcs and answered some questions I had with the second season, at least that's what it looked like...

Honestly that war is wildin', of the all the things that could happen I never expected *a gypsy redemption arc* 🤣 All of Europe hates gypsies on some level, kind of a collective negative stereotype about stealing and being messy (which makes sense if you prefer a nomadic lifestyle, by the time you return to an area it's all cleaned up/decomposed anyway rite?), but those wacky little minstrels *_stealing tanks and SAM units for scrap with their tractors_* has everyone rooting for them now! 🤪 There was one video I saw on odysee of two Roma filming each other while these soldiers were busy ransacking a gas station for food and diesel, and in ten minutes with only axes, screwdrivers, and pliers they had the thing up on blocks. Swiped the treads, transmission, cut the guns off, took the MG ammo, took all the axles, stripped the hydraulics, *that was some old school 80s Bronx/Compton/Detroit shit.* 🤣 Fourth largest/strongest army in the world and yet a tenth of the vehicle losses are due to the tomfoolery of local bands of thieves. (Props to technological advances BTW, I bet they're organizing online and following the Russian convoys with satellites, picking off stragglers, what with the sheer amount of cell vids coming out) The Ukraine parliament even rushed through a law that says they'll buy intact equipment from the Roma totally tax free. Turns out one of the bad things about invading neighbors is *all their shit is compatible with yours!* I mean of course the *usual* war crimes that accompanies any sort of conflict are bad, and there's lots of footage of that too (the worst imo being the _clearly unordered crimes_ like frustrated Russian soldiers shooting up a small hamlet of Yatskovka, only 6 little houses, absolutely no threat, all obliterated by cannon fire and a 500lb artillery round) But watching the invaders *losing so much through plain muggings* or their own weapons being turned on them is some juicy juicy karma (the stolen SAM units being used to shoot their own helix for example.) Imagine invading the US from Canada, going through Detroit and Chicago, and that's about what is happening to them. I feel like "social media" is encouraging these levels of what I would call "Jackass Bravado" because before you could only tell your close friends about doing something this crazy and have them believe you, but people see this thievery *going on live* and immediately begin planning out how to "copycat it" for trends and profit, because "there's nothing illegal about stealing from invading countries" right. If this conflict continues too long of course there might be some bad end failures but *right now* I believe they have the element of surprise and shock on their side, so they're getting away with things that ought to get them captured or worse. The Russian army _is just completely unfit to deal with this nonsense_ (also it doesn't help they are majority conscript and thus have no attachments to their equipment/fellow soldiers/unit cohesion, if you get the drop on them they are just throwing down weapons and walking away instead of fighting back)

I watched the trailer, I don't think the movie comes out till early NEXT year. Maby they will update it to the Holiday Season, but I'm any case, it garentees that season three won't be till summer 2023; 15 MORE MONTHS OF WAITING, AT LEAST!!! 🤬😫
