Video is great, but I have one problem. I lost two of the parts while changing the screen :/ The 2 antennas, 1 at 1:47 and the other at 3:19. I lost both of them. Can you please specify the names of these 2 antennas so I can know what I have to look for? It would be really helpful thanks.

Who knows what the part/sensor is at 5:23? Part number shown is 37H10666-00M-A A9-B01-0306 AL-170331 Google has nothing on this part. Mine got destroyed during screen teardown. Any guidance on the subject is appreciated!!!

Put everything back together without this part and both the phone and the cameras work just fine. Still not sure what this part was though.

hello! Recently I bought used HTC U11 in a perfect condition and I changed the ROM which I didn't like, so I reverted back to stock, everything was working fine until morning when I found out that the fingerprint button, back button, recent apps button, mic and loud speaker are not working. I can charge the phone, but i cannot connect it to PC. Now my question is: is this software issue or hardware issue? If it's hardware, will the replacement of the USB motherboard fix the problem?

I recommend T7000 or B7000 dependieng of the colour of the device, one is black and the other is transparent. You can find it on ebay or aliexpress. Best regards

for security reasons, you should say to be careful not to poke the battery and not to bend it like on the video did.

Only if you use metal tools, when you touch the battery, it may be your safety affected; in the tutorial i just use an plastic tool; and the battery does not bend at any time, obviously you have to exercise a little strength because it is well attached.
