Yes I have heard the 740 is a great one a lot better than the newer models. That video was from last December we just starting to warm up,still some snow kicking around with the mud.

Do you like your C90? I have a McCormick C80 02 model I believe with 22xx hrs I haven't put a clutch in it yet but figured it couldn't be put off much longer. I love it with the exception of not having a McCormick dealer close by any longer. Luckily there's a Case dealer about an hour or so away so when I order parts it's a Case C80. Oh and the Euro mount ldr. Instead of skid ldr mount, it limits me a lot of times, especially if you want something quick. What ldr manufacturer is on your tractor?

It's been the best loader tractor we have owned. I just put my 3rd clutch in and 2nd forward reverser. 2000hrs per clutch. We demoed the C80 and loved it. The loader is a Alo 640 and I just ordered bushings for low end and they the same as CIH loaders.

@@69druth I guess it's a great time of the year for me to go ahead and split mine and replace the clutch for the first time @22xx hrs. I have the 930 ldr. branded McCormick and didn't realize that Alo manufactured all the lgr. ldrs. until I called around for parts to repack one of the cylinders. It's been a great tractor, and I appreciate your response as to your ongoing opinion.

@@69druth How about I'll be subscriber 305 You have all sorts of interesting stuff. Your drilling in particular due to me having an artesian well that we hit in 2002 @90' and he went on down to 120' only required one piece of casing to get into bedrock. I put a piece of 3/4 " pipe about 12"long in the cap with a 90 and ball valve and it will shoot 15-18' and can have full water for showers, even if the powers out. It won't shoot quite as far since I went to a 2" pipe . It only has approximately 8' in the hole with no foot and a jet pump. I had never had s well drilled previously and was concerned that I wouldn't have enough money if the bit popped out into Chinese airspace, but he assured me that we would work it out if I went above the allowance. It ended up being $940 I believe, substantially under my budgeted amount. Needless to say I took my wife to dinner that night with our winfall. I would love to send a camera down just to see whats down there. It has to be a large chamber I imagine because I have tested it substantially on occasion and it has never even burped, much less slowed down. Well sorry to ramble so much, not often I have someone that knows C80-90's and wells. If you ever find yourself in N.Central Arkansas, come see us, we'll leave the gate open....

@@mcmc8496Well thank you very much I hope to travel someday. We hit one last week flowing 15 gpm. The biggest one we did was 480 gpm 2 3 inch valves shooting out 12ft at 115 ft depth. Unless you got somewhere for the water they can be a pain in the butt. People want them until they realize after we hit one they never stop.Lol. We had a CIH 4210 for a year before the C90 and the 4210 was the worst tractor we owned. My dealer claims the 4210 was a proto type production and was a failure. Of course we find out after and shelled out 10k more. The Alo 640 was on the 4210 and we kept it for the 90. C90 has over 6000 hours and loader around 6500. I am east of Toronto about 1 hr on a good traffic day your welcome as well.
