@@littlebigkickerthey aren’t building a new house. They already talked about this in a older video, the builders allowed them to back out of the build and they got their money back (with the help of their realtor)

Hi Mark and Heather and Ellie I love your new house thanks for showing us now that you got your house less stressed just moving stuff to the other house is the most stressful and trying to find the stuff after you put it in boxes if you don't mark it like me and my wife did when she was alive like I tried to find a spatula for the kitchen I need it and I couldn't find it I won't bought one and then we moved again and I lost the statue again in the can opener and had to buy another one and then by the time I had stayed at this place where I live now I found every spatula can opener I own I couldn't believe it I found it thanks for showing us moving day house tour I'll be praying for you guys for everything will go smoothly in your new home from Terry

Honestly i think most people still don't understand why you are moving. All this talk about minimalistic lifestyle, i don't think that is you Heather. You have a storage space and you bought or rented a warehouse. It doesn't take a genius to figure out how much money you made on the big house, and this house probably costing only half so you have a shitload of money left. I'm assuming it's not going to sit in the bank. We know you say you want to travel at some point but even that does not cost this amount. So either you are going to buy Emma an appartment or house, maybe have a construction where she pays you rent (?) I'm just thinking out loud. Or you are going to live only 1-2 yrs in this house and then sell it again to make more profit cuz that seems to be your thing. I'm sure it's a nice house but it will turn out to be too small and that will irritate you sooner than later.
